Warning to on-line buyers: We have received numerous complaints from internet and auction buyers who have received used merchandise, older models, have had their credit card billed before products have shipped, or have experienced other problems. Cuddeback does not honor Pay Pal receipts as validation for warranty. Cameras sold on Internet auctions do not come with a factory warranty because the camera is being sold by an un-authorized dealer.
We have discovered that many of these cameras are used or stolen and their warranty period is void.
NOTE: All warranty claims require a valid sales receipt from an authorized dealer. |
